Myofascial release and lymphatic Release are manual therapy techniques for relieving pain and tension in the myofascial tissues, the connective tissues that surround and support muscles throughout the body. Myofascial release involves applying gentle, sustained pressure to these tissues to eliminate pain and restore motion.
- Techniques: Practitioners use their hands to apply pressure to areas of myofascial tightness or restriction. They may use tools or other devices to assist in the process
